BRIC

The Camp Verde Business Resource & Innovation Center (BRIC) delivers services to businesses, creates programs that assist entrepreneurs in developing their business model, develops programs that cater to the workforce needs of current and potential employers, and provides opportunities for those seeking to develop the skills and abilities to meet the needs of a rapidly changing business environment.

Camp Verde Community Library

Camp Verde Community Library offers 18 Internet computers in the first-floor PC Commons area and six in the Teen Library, available on a first-come, first-served basis. The library provides free, time-limited public access to computers, software applications, and the Internet, along with wireless access for personal devices from 5:00 a.m. to midnight. Additionally, patrons can borrow laptops, hotspots, Chromebooks, and tablets with a valid library card and ID, provided they comply with library policies. The library supports personal and professional enrichment by offering resources like GED test preparation, English learning, citizenship preparation, and ASVAB test readiness through the Verde Valley Adult Learning Resource.

Valley Academy for Career & Technology Education

Valley Academy for Career & Technology Education (VACTE) serves high school students in the Verde Valley and Sedona districts, including Camp Verde, Mingus, Sedona, charter schools, homeschools, and other non-public students. Programs are occupation-specific and taught by qualified professionals using state-of-the-art equipment.

Arizona@Work

ARIZONA@WORK offers no-cost employment services to help job seekers advance their careers or find new opportunities, providing access to local job openings, training programs, and certifications. For employers, ARIZONA@WORK connects businesses with qualified candidates through a robust local network, ensuring mutual success.

Northern Arizona Council of Governments

Northern Arizona Council of Governments (NACOG) operates Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) services in Yavapai County through ARIZONA@WORK, accessible at One-Stop Centers in Prescott and Cottonwood. Services include individualized case management, a fully equipped resource room for job search activities, vocational aptitude testing, job search workshops, job readiness training, and support services such as work clothing and transportation. Additional offerings include a Taxi Voucher Program for Prescott Valley residents and a Business Assistance Center for small businesses

Northern Arizona Good Jobs Network

The Northern Arizona Good Jobs Network (NAGJN) aims to address workforce shortages in a five-county region by creating a regional training ecosystem. NAGJN’s three-phase program focuses on enhancing community growth, maximizing resources, and developing industry-led training programs. The goal is to equip workers with skills for quality jobs with good pay and benefits, addressing needs in Comprehensive Economic Development Strategies (CEDS) and connecting underemployed or unemployed workers to job opportunities.

Yavapai College

Yavapai College provides on-demand, online training to help individuals upskill for their next job, qualify for higher pay, or start a new career path. The college offers a selection of convenient and affordable skill-building courses and certificate programs, carefully aligned with major industry sectors.
