Northern Arizona Good Jobs Network

The Northern Arizona Good Jobs Network (NAGJN) aims to address workforce shortages by creating a regional workforce training ecosystem. This will be achieved through a three-phase program design, process, and implementation structure, covering a five-county region in northern Arizona. NAGJN’s goal is to increase and enhance community and regional growth by avoiding duplication of services, maximizing resources, and developing industry-led training programs. These programs will equip workers with the skills needed to secure quality jobs that offer good pay, benefits, and growth opportunities. The initiative will also address needs identified in Comprehensive Economic Development Strategies (CEDS) and connect underemployed or unemployed workers with existing and emerging job opportunities.
